has a mere ZERO calories.
Exercise!
Cutting empty calories from your diet will help you lose weight, but that alone is not the best way to lose weight fast since it doesn’t include exercise!
Exercise will help burn calories and also help build muscles which in turn, burns more calories. Good exercises that will help burn calories are
running, swimming, biking or sports. If you are not able to do difficult exercises, thats perfectly fine! Start small, and do things such as taking a walk or stretching, every little bit of exercise will help you lose weight.
Eat healthy!
Cutting junk food and exercising is only one part of the battle, without proper nutrition your efforts will be wasted. Consuming more fruits and
vegetables will provide your more energy than junk food, and will make you feel full. At the same time healthy foods generally have less calories and more
nutrients when compared to their junk food counter parts.
